About the Role
We are expanding our solar business and seeking motivated individuals who can help bring clean, reliable energy to households, farms, schools, and small businesses. Your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable solar solutions.
What You Will Do
- Promote and sell our solar panel systems
- Build and maintain relationships with households, businesses, and local organizations
- Meet customers, provide clear product explanations, and prepare simple sales quotations
- Collect and record customer information and sales activity
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Minimal Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Basic smartphone and PC skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Interest in renewable energy and willingness to learn
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach
- Fluency in additional local languages
- Existing contacts or networks in your community
