Donswift Company is hiring a Sous Chef with the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef in preparing meals, including premium steaks and sides.
  • Oversee mise-en-place, stock usage, and kitchen organization.
  • Maintain food hygiene and supervise kitchen operations when the chef is absent.

Soft Skills

  • Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Education & Requirements

Education: At least a diploma in culinary arts.

Experience: 1 years

Industry Experience: Hospitality

Additional Details

We are seeking a Sous Chef with proven expertise in steak preparation and grilling techniques.

  • Assist the chef in preparing meals, including premium steaks and sides.
