Background

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Station Customer Attendant for our client in the petroleum. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate fuel dispensing, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient service station environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and provide a positive first impression upon arrival at the station.
• Deliver exceptional and professional service, including under-bonnet checks, free windscreen cleaning, and related customer support.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt area and fuel pumps.
• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety, operational, and company policies at all times.
• Participate in daily stock-taking procedures at the start of each shift.
• Ensure fuel prices are correctly always displayed.
• Dispense the correct fuel type for each vehicle, verify carefully before pumping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least O-Level UNEB certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the petroleum sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates based in or around Kabale, Uganda are highly encouraged to apply.
