Description
Sokoni Africa Limited is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our inventory management team. As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering of stock, and maintaining accurate records. Your role is critical in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that we meet customer demand efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and locations
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock movement and ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering of stock
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analyses for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management
• Train and supervise staff involved in inventory management tasks

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar inventory management role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
