Store Clerk job at Asili Agriculture

The Store clerk will be responsible for overseeing all store operations at their assigned location, ensuring efficient management of inventory, assets, and supplies.

• Overseeing receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts, inputs, and supplies.
• Maintaining accurate stock and asset records.
• Coordinating store-level logistics and material requisitions.
• Ensuring safe, orderly, and compliant storage practices.
• Managing hazardous materials and enforcing safety protocols.
• Forecasting supply needs and monitoring inventory levels.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and proper waste management.

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• ERP experience preferred.

• Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Degree in Supply Chain or Stores Management is an added advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or logistics—preferably in agriculture or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and stock control systems (ERP experience preferred).
• Understanding of safety and environmental standards for handling agricultural and hazardous materials.
