JOB DETAILS:
Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa. We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture

Key duties and responsibilities
• Receive, store & distribute materials as per the approved documents.
• Give Instruction to load items to customers & verify the same while loading
• Daily counting of physical stock & preparing opening balance before forwarding to office.
• To ensure proper housekeeping of stores
• Issue goods upon approved requisitions, invoice note and delivery notes.
• Take part in stocktaking or verification exercise as per schedule of management or stores.
• Keeping store in order and labeling of stock for easy identification and retrieval
• Manage and supervise manpower in stores
• Train support/casual staff on handling and identification of materials in the store
• Control Damage of materials in the store.
• Ensure that the physical stocks are always tallying with the bin cards and system quantities
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by management
• Adherence and enforcement of all safety rules

 
• The applicant must hold a Diploma in stores Management /procurement or any other related course from recognised university
• A minimum of two years of experience from similar work environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Must be self-motivated and a great team player.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
