TERMS & CONDITIONS

a) Internships and Graduate trainees will last between one to six months.
b) Interns and Graduate trainees will be expected to adhere to NMS working hours and code of conduct.
c) NMS reserves the right to terminate internships or placement without notice for non-compliance.
d) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
e) If you do not receive communication within one month of the application deadline, consider your application unsuccessful.
f) Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
g) NMS reserves the right to verify submitted documents with relevant institutions.
h) NMS is an equal opportunity employer.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR INTERNS

To be considered for an internship at NMS, applicants must: Be enrolled in a university or equivalent tertiary institution for a degree. Have completed at least Year II of study. Provide an introduction letter from their university indicating the purpose of the internship. Attach an updated CV and academic testimonials or result statement. Hold a valid Student ID and National Identification Card. Clearly indicate the internship period, course, year of study, and expected learning outcomes. Have a competitive CGPA, which may be considered during selection.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR GRADUATE TRAINEES

To be considered for as a graduate Trainee at NMS, applicants must: Be citizens of Uganda. Attach an Honours Bachelor's Degree qualification achieved Certificate or result statement if not yet graduated. Hand in an updated CV and academic transcripts or Certificates for 'O' Level and 'A' Level. Hold a National Identification Card. Have a competitive CGPA, which may be considered during selection.

MODE OF APPLICATION

Prepare the required documents: National ID and Student ID, University introduction letter, and Academic testimonials or result statement.

 
 
  • For Interns: Enrolled in a university, completed at least Year II, introduction letter, updated CV, academic testimonials, valid Student ID and National ID, competitive CGPA.
  • For Graduate Trainees: Ugandan citizen, Honours Bachelor's Degree, updated CV, academic transcripts, National ID, competitive CGPA.
