JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary: 

The Student Accommodation Coordinator will oversee daily operations at the on-campus housing facilities of The Aga Khan University in Uganda in addition to general supervision and administration of the hotel. This entails a range of duties, including overseeing the allocation of rooms, addressing maintenance concerns, and guaranteeing the general welfare of the students. Develop and manage the budget for all university residences, Crisis and emergency management; Maintain discipline in the university residence, and Market the Hostel facilities.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

a) Educational Qualifications

• A University degree in hospitality management, business administration, or facilities management

b) Experience

• Demonstrated supervisory and administrative skills in an academic institution.
• Evidence of working with a large and diverse community of students.
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of working in a university setting.

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
