JOB DETAILS:

Quality Plastics (U) LTD is seeking for a qualified and experienced Husky

Supervisor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will oversee and

ensure efficient operation of Husky injection molding machines, maintain

production quality, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities.

• Supervise daily operation of Husky injection molding machines and
  production staff.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues to
  minimize downtime.
• Ensure consistent product quality by enforcing standard operating
  procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate production schedules to meet targets.
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance
  programs.
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine performance, and
  maintenance activities.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in the
  workplace.
• Coordinate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to
  resolve technical challenges.
• Train, mentor, and appraise machine operators for skills
  development and improved performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Report regularly to management on production efficiency, machine
  utilization, and resource needs.
• Ensure availability of required tools, spare parts, and consumables
  for smooth machine operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role and abuse manufacturing plant.
• Strong technical knowledge of Husky systems and injection molding processes.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
