JOB DETAILS:

Fourteen Twenty is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and help our team thrive.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 Knowledge and familiarity with cocktail, beer, wine, food and bar equipment.

 Legal compliance; understanding of liquor laws and safety standards.

 Excellent communication and organizational skills.

 Flexibility; availability for night shifts, weekends and holidays.

 Time management; ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

 Ability to handle high pressure situations with professionalism.

 Strong leadership skills, conflict resolution skills.

 Problem solving; ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

 Must have at least a Diploma or Certification in Hospitality.

 Training in food Safety and Hygiene Certification

 Proven experience of at least 5 years and 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality sector.

 Age 25 years to 35 years.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: associate degree
