Job summary

• To deliver quality, standard and timely services to the entire humanity and their property.

Job Purpose: Responsible for effective Management of all deployments, & Supervising guards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• To supervise the performance of guards in a given area and ensure that they carry out their duties efficiently to prevent theft or damage to clients property and premises.
• Ensure that all guards at posts have all the necessary equipment and are smartly dressed in uniform.
• To ensure that all guards understand the respective assignment instructions and that they carry them out efficiently.
• Maintain regular contact with the duty operations controller and report to him immediately and absence, breach of discipline or misconduct of guards.
• Maintain regular contacts with clients and submit accurate reports on status of each assignment in your given area.
• Make entries in the supervisor Occurrence Book and record detailed reports.
• Report all incidences immediately & assist in investigations.
• To provide a daily deployment report, Supervision reports & other written weekly reports to the operations manager.
• Conduct customer care feedback & do marketing function as well.
• Maintain regular contacts with relevant authorities & police in your zone.
• Report immediately any other issues affecting your guards to relevant offices.
• Mentain the company motorcycle in good condition by taking good care of it.
• Perfom any other duties given to you by the Operations manager.

Minimum requirements

• Must have good communicating skills to communicate, motivate, train, stimulate people
• Must speak Swahili, write and read English fluently
• Must know how to ride a motor cycle
• Must go always for the best in the company’s views
• Must be trustworthy and honest
