WE ARE HIRING!
Supplier Tracking Officer-Intern
Embedded within the organization, you will support end-to-end procurement operations by coordinating suppliers, managing purchase processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation, inventory records, and reporting
What You'll Do:
- Receive all company invoices with company stamp.
- Print, track and dispatch all invoices making dispatch notes for acknowledgment by approving authorities.
- Share tracking report twice a week after review by supervisor.
- Follow-up with operations to ensure invoices for approval.
- Follow up on purchase orders, invoices, and collections.
- Posting supplier vouchers for both overheads and disbursements.
- Any additional duty as may be required by management.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain operations, or customer service.
- Sound knowledge of air, sea, and transit transportation processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation.
