BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

Supply, Installation, and Configuration of IT Security Equipment and Software
Reference: EC/SUPLS/2024-2025/00389/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10

1. Introduction:
   The Electoral Commission has allocated funds for the Supply, Installation, and Configuration of IT Security Equipment and Software.

2. Bidding Process:

   • The bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method outlined in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. Bidder Guidelines:

   • Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (local time) during working days.

4. Bid Document Fees:

   • The bidding documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000. Payments should be made to designated bank accounts obtained from the Procurement Office.

5. Submission Deadline:

   • Bids must be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on 16th January 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
   • Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders at 2:15 p.m. on 16th January 2025.

6. Bid Security:

   • All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
