The Electoral Commission of Uganda invites sealed bids for the supply of vehicles to enhance their operational capacity.

Details of the Bid:

1. Scope of Supplies:

   • Double Cabin Pick-Ups
   • Hard Top Double Cabin Pick-Ups
   • Mini Buses
   • Station Wagons

2. Submission Requirements:

   • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all eligible bidders.

3. Inspection and Issuance of Bidding Documents:

   • Available at Electoral Commission Procurement and Disposal Unit at Plot 55, Jinja Road, Kampala.
   • Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

4. Non-Refundable Fee:

   • UGX 100,000 for the bidding documents.

5. Submission Deadline:

   • All bids must be delivered by 9:00 AM on 5th March 2025.

6. Bid Opening:

   • Bids will be opened publicly at 10:00 AM on the same day at the Electoral Commission headquarters.
