BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

Supply of Hardware and Software Licence for Data Centre Upgrade
Reference: EC/SUPLS/2024-2025/00388

1. The Electoral Commission has allocated funds to be used for the Supply of Hardware and Software Licence for Data Centre Upgrade.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m..

5. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000. Payment must be made to the designated bank accounts obtained from the Electoral Commission.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 a.m. on 6th January 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:15 a.m. on 6th January 2025.

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting at the Electoral Commission Boardroom on the date and time indicated in the bidding documents.
