BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

Supply of High-Speed Industrial Guillotine Machine, Perforating, Serializing and Creasing Machine, and Digital Production Printer

1. Background
   The Electoral Commission has allocated funds to be used for the Supply of High-Speed Industrial Guillotine Machine, Perforating, Serializing and Creasing Machine, and Digital Color Production Printer.

2. Invitation
   The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Bidding Process

   • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.

4. Obtaining Bid Documents

   • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on working days.
   • The bidding documents in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 to a designated account.

5. Submission of Bids

   • Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 a.m. on 17th January 2025. Late bids will not be accepted.
   • Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on 17th January 2025 at 11:30 a.m.

6. Bid Security

   • All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
