Supply of Land for Fixed Spectrum Monitoring System (lot 1, 2, 3 & 4) tender at The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC)

INVITATION FOR BIDS

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: UCC/SUPLS/24-25/00126

SUPPLY OF LAND FOR FIXED SPECTRUM MONITORING SYSTEM (LOT 1, 2, 3 & 4)

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of land for Fixed Spectrum Monitoring Systems.
2. The Uganda Communications Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible holders for the supply/sale of land for its fixed spectrum monitoring systems for Lot 1 (Masaka), Lot 2 (Fort Portal), Lot 3 (Arua) & Lot 4 (Entebbe).
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission South Western Regional Office (Mbarara), Eastern Regional Office (Mbale), and Northern Uganda Regional Office (Gulu), and at UCC House Bugolobi from 8:30 hours to 17:00 hours during working days.
5. The Bidding Documents in English may be obtained free of charge by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b).
6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at 8(c) at or before 24th May 2025 at 10:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:35 am on 24th May 2025.
