The Syrup Room Operator at Hariss International Limited is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of all manufactured syrups, ensuring the syrup making process runs smoothly, and maintaining operational safety in the syrup room.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of all manufactured syrups
• Prepare batches as per the production plan
• Ensure operational safety before machine start-up
• Maintain syrup log book in accordance with UNBS standard
• Handle troubleshooting in the syrup room

Qualifications:

• BSc Chemistry/Biology/Food Sciences or HND from a reputable institution
• 2-3 years hands-on experience in the Food Industry, with beverage manufacture experience being an advantage
• Familiarity with Carbonated Soft Drinks and/or Juice manufacture technology

Experience needed:

At least 2-3 years hands-on experience in the Food Industry
