- 5+ years in Human Resources. - 2+ years in talent management. - Experience designing talent programs & managing HR projects. Plus: Exposure to cultural transformation/change projects. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field. Plus: Psychometric accreditation.
