Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Development:
    • Design/implement programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
    • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee HR projects (e.g., cultural transformation, change management).
    • Track project delivery (timeline, budget, impact).
  3. Performance & Metrics:
    • Monitor talent KPIs (leadership bench strength, internal promotions, retention).
    • Govern performance management processes.
  4. Innovation:
    • Research emerging talent trends and recommend innovative solutions.

- 5+ years in Human Resources. - 2+ years in talent management. - Experience designing talent programs & managing HR projects. Plus: Exposure to cultural transformation/change projects. Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field. Plus: Psychometric accreditation.
