JOB DETAILS:
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Life Insurance Agents.
- Reports to: Cluster Team Coordinator
- Supervises: Parish Coordinators (in-diocese)
- Key Internal Contact: Underwriting Managers
Requirements
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Certifications:
- COP (Certificate of Proficiency) and/or progress in ITC (Insurance Training Certificate).
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within the financial services sector.
Work Hours: 8
