JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities,
expanding customer base, and providing technical advice and support to clients in the steel
fabrication industry.
Responsibilities:
• Contacting and establishing new clients.
• Liaising with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors for smooth execution of structural steel
projects.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop custom solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible
pricing.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective steel fabrication solutions that meet customer
specifications.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to ensure they meet required standards and adhere
to safety regulations.
• Assess the environmental impact of projects, and recommend solutions to minimize any
potential damage.
• Manage and coordinate the fabrication process from initial design to final delivery.
• Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates for steel fabrications.
Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years in the building and construction industry.
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Skills
• Have the ability to network and develop contact in the steel fabrication industry.
• Have knowledge in steel and the ability to understand fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with computer-aided design software, such as AutoCAD or Solidworks.
• Must have good knowledge of the local market.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, materials, construction methods, and relevant
regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
