Tele sales Representative Trainees job at Lafab Solutions

Lafab Solutions is a fast-growing recruiting agency based in Kampala. We connect businesses with the right talent, and we are now growing our own team. We are looking for a confident, results-driven Tele sales Representative to help us reach more clients and grow our business.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell Lafab Solutions' recruitment services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients over the phone.
• Meet weekly and monthly call targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets.
• Basic computer skills able to use email, WhatsApp, and simple CRM tools.
• A diploma or degree is an added advantage but not required.
