JOB DETAILS:
Carlcare is the official after-sales service brand for TECNO, Infinix, Itel, Oraimo and Syinix. Besides, Carlcare also provides professional repair and maintenance service for other brands covering mobile phones, computers, tablets, appliances, lighting devices, smart living, new energy, and supply chain.

The TikTok specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specifically on the TikTok platform, including creating engaging content, managing accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends to maximize brand awareness and engagement on the platform for the company.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Experience in TikTok Marketing: Proven track record of successful TikTok campaigns.
• Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging short-form videos.
• Trends Awareness: Strong understanding of TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithms.
• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze TikTok insights and optimize performance.
• Advertising Expertise: Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager for paid campaigns.
• Community Management: Experience in engaging with followers and responding to
comments.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with viral and engaging content ideas.
• Influencer Collaboration: Experience in working with TikTok influencers for brand
promotions.
• Knowledge of Target Audience: Understanding of different audience demographics and
preferences.

Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years’ experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong
portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
• Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
