Strengthen institutional capacity of CBOs and partners through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design training curriculum.
  • Coordinate Training-of-Trainers programs.
  • Facilitate leadership and governance training.
  • Build CBO institutional capacity.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Education, Development Studies or Organizational Development.
  • 5+ years training experience.
