Reports to: Chief Agency Officer
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the learning and development agenda for Jubilee’s agency distribution channel. The Agency Leadership Training Manager will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to equip agency leaders and agents with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to excel, drive sales growth, and embed a culture of continuous learning across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs to build a high-performing agency leadership force, enhancing sales capability and service excellence.
  • Design and implement tailored training solutions that address performance gaps, improve productivity, and strengthen agent retention.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven feedback to refine programs and maximize impact.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent within the agency, supporting their career progression through structured leadership pathways.
  • Ensure agents are well-versed in compliance, ethical standards, and regulatory updates through comprehensive training modules.
  • Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within agency training to modernize content delivery and learning methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related fields; Certified Trainer qualification and a Diploma in Insurance required.
  • 7–8 years’ experience in training and development with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity within insurance agency operations or sales.
  • Strong instructional design expertise, adult learning knowledge, and a proven track record of leading training functions for high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth understanding of agency dynamics, life insurance products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
