Job Summary

The Training & Talent Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments.
  • Develop annual learning and development plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Support performance improvement through coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Maintain employee training records.
  • Manage learning budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Develop competency frameworks and career development pathways.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in learning and development or talent management.
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development is an added advantage.
