JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose and Main Missions:
Ensure efficient and timely operation of trucks, overseeing all aspects of transportation management.

Key Responsibilities:
Truck Management:
• Monitor truck status and report daily to the Transport Manager
• Prepare workshop sheets and conduct pre-trip checks
• Track fleet movement and submit reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate loading documentation and truck movement

Journey Management:
• Plan and monitor journeys
• Prepare daily trucking reports
• Collaborate with HSSEQ on route safety assessments

Driver Management:
• Liaise with drivers on delivery timelines and performance
• Ensure driver compliance with KPIs and safety protocols
• Schedule weekly toolbox talks and driver appraisals

Transport Statistics:
• Monitor truck utilization and fuel consumption
• Provide monthly reports on statistics

Profile
Required Skills:
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Transport and Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering

Special Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and data analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or management.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless operations.
