Job Summary:

Join the orange family as an undergraduate intern and gain practical, real-world experience across core banking functions. This structured program equips students with industry best practices, mentorship, and exposure to operational excellence—preparing you for a successful career in finance and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations and projects within assigned department.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries, and contribute to departmental deliverables.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.

Education.

  • Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year undergraduate student at a recognized university.
  • Pursuing a degree aligned with one of the preferred courses per department (see table below).

Human Resource

Preferred CoursesBHRM, B.SWASA, B.Org Psych

Skills and competencies.

  • Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Basic understanding of banking operations or interest in financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
