Newrest Uganda Inflight Services is the only major catering company active in all catering and related hospitality segments including airline catering, contract catering, remote site and support services, railways catering, airport and motor retail concession.
Newrest Uganda Inflight services is an ISO certified company based at Entebbe International Airport with various outlets across the country. Newrest Uganda Inflight services is seeking for: A UNIT MANAGER
Reports to: The General Manager Newrest Uganda In-flight Services. .

Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for Compliance with Contractual Committees between Newrest and its Customers.
• Ensure the sustainability of economic balances and ratios with a focus on food and labour cost as per the groups standards
• Being a guarantor of implementation of HACCP procedures and standards, both on food and handling
• Supervise recruitments of operational requirements while respecting the budgets prepared by the General Manager
• Ensure proper Management, training and support teams
• Ensure a good social climate, enforce and implement the agreements.
• Responsible for monitoring inflight operations efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Your role must be accomplished in compliance with Group standards and guidelines including involvement, sense of responsibility, ethics, transparency and honesty.
Qualiication and Experience:
• At least a Degree in Business Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in In-flight Catering Managerial position

Job Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
Job Experience Requirements: 5 years
