On behalf of our client Total energies, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced W/O Rigless Material Man to work on Site.
Number of vacancies: 1
Reports To: Senior Stock & QAQC Engineer
Department: Drilling & Wells
Key Responsibilities
HSE
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules. Ensure personal compliance with mandatory trainings matrix.
- For stock movement, ensure loadouts are performed with adequate securing of loads
Supply rigs with equipment
- Follow and improve stock movement workflow between DSB and rig sites
- Schedule the supply of equipment to meet well delivery requirements (conformity to Material Request in quantity and specification, both for loadouts and rig returns).
- Coordinate with Logistics to secure transportation means in due time.
- Control storage conditions for Company stock and make recommendations as needed.
Stock and transactions management in ERP
- Participate in periodic inventory checks to allow booking of stock values.
- Book stock movement in SAP
- Participate in the procurement process by creating Purchase Requests as required by Contract Owners
Control contractors
- At Goods Receipt, confirm conformity of incoming equipment to Purchase Order quantity, specifications and quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent level
- 6 years in Drilling & Wells operations.
- Drilling and Completions operations Supply chain procedures in SAP
- Customer satisfaction mindset managing multiple priorities Communication in fast-paced environments with Transverse collaboration.
