KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in food service preferred (1–2 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Communications & Media Studies
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
