We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dedicated Servers to join our front-of-house team. You are the face of our restaurant, responsible for guiding guests through their experience, providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. Key Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to make confident recommendations.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
Manage multiple tables efficiently, ensuring timely service from greeting to payment.
Process customer payments using the POS system.
Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas and service stations.
Work collaboratively with other servers, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Point of Sale (POS) system experience (e.g., Toast, OpenTable, Micros) is a plus.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where applicable).
