Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dedicated Servers to join our front-of-house team. You are the face of our restaurant, responsible for guiding guests through their experience, providing knowledgeable menu recommendations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to make confident recommendations.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently, ensuring timely service from greeting to payment.
  • Process customer payments using the POS system.
  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas and service stations.
  • Work collaboratively with other servers, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Point of Sale (POS) system experience (e.g., Toast, OpenTable, Micros) is a plus.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (where applicable).
