ELV Technician: Level 2 – Malta job at Lafab Solutions
This is how it works:
1. Once you submit your application, we review it and if it meets the requirements of the job, we forward it to the overseas office
2. If your CV match the requirements of the job, you will have an interview with the team abroad via Zoom
3. If you pass the interview, your CV will be then discussed with the employer.
4. If the employer makes the final decision to take you, then you start the preparations to travel
5. You only make any payment commitments once the employer makes the final decision. Otherwise you do not spend any money until the job offer is confirmed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understanding equipment installation and user manuals
• Setting paraments and per system design
• System programming/testing
• Assisting during test with client and handover
• Final drawing update (for AS BUILT)
• Advanced system faults check / Problem troubleshooting / Determining cause of problem / Rectification
• Advanced troubleshooting techniques and repair PCBs at component level when necessary
• Control panel assembly and assistance during system design stage
• Familiar with control systems, system interfacing and power electronics (PLC, VSD, Soft starters, etc..)
• Able to make basic circuit design and modification of existing circuits
• Basic knowledge about mechanical components and system (valves, pumps, boilers, safety devices , etc..)
• To be able to lead team of installers and technician
Gross salary range: UGX 5984183.89 – UGX 6702285.96 per month
