Singer Mike Wine has revealed that Eddy Kenzo is among the artists he has invited to perform at his much-anticipated concert happening this month.
Musician Mike Wine is gearing up for his concert slated for 15th November at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
The singer, who is also Bobi Wine’s brother, said the event is open to all Ugandans — regardless of their political affiliations.
Mike Wine disclosed that he has personally invited Eddy Kenzo to attend and perform at the show, emphasizing that the two remain friends despite having different political views.
“I don’t have any issues with him and expect to see him at my concert. There will be many surprises, and it’s also his responsibility to show up for me as I would do for him,” he said.
It’s worth noting that Eddy Kenzo’s first major hit came through a collaboration with Mike Wine on the Firebase track “Yanimba,” which introduced him to the mainstream audience.
