A Sudanese national has disappeared after a business trip to Jinja, last month.
Police received the disappearance of Michael Thon Deng last night after the family’s attempts to find him in vain.
Kampala Metropolitan Police issued a statement on their social media handles which we have reproduced below;
This is to announce a disappearance of Michael Thon Deng aged 28 years a South Sudanese National who was last seen on 19th March 2018. He is believed have travelled to Jinja on a business trip and was to later connect back South Sudan through Kampala.
A disappearance report was registered at Central Police Station Kampala SD. 42/12/04/2018.
