High Court has issued warrant of Arrest to the self proclaimed tycoon, Jack Pempa for failure to pay city businessman Geoffrey Kirumira USD 300,000.
Kirumira secured warrant of Arrest after Jack Pemba failed to show up before court on fears he could leave the country. Jack Pempa recently bought a monster ride, Lexus LX 570 worth Shs 600m and splashed cash as his wife, Sheeba Kasami celebrated 40 years of age.
