Uganda has blasted back at allegations that it harbours rebels planning to attack Rwanda in a strong message signed by the foreign affairs minister Sam Kutesa.
Rwanda closed its borders a few days ago and ordered its citizens to stay back home accusing President Yoweri Museveni’s regime in Kampala of trying to distabilize Kigali.
Kutesa addressed three accusations by the Kigali government of harbouring rebels toxic to Gen. Paul Kagame’s regime, arrest, toroture and harrassment of its citizens and restricting business at the Gatuna border.
Below we reproduce the minister’s response to the Kigali government.
