The loose mouthed Forum for Democratic –FDC party flag bearer for the Kampala Woman Parliament seat Dr. Stella Nyanzi, who is now out on bail wants police to produce her driver and photographer who are still missing in action to the courts of law.

Nyanzi also says since she was granted bail on Monday, her car which was seized by the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence –CMI has also not been returned to her.

Nyanzi was netted by police at the Busia border on Saturday evening on a return journey from Kenya alongside her political assistant Roy Rugumaya, Derrick Maate and Yusuf Yona both photographers, and thrown behind the cells at the Busia police post.

However, 2 others including her driver and another photographer who were part of the group have since been missing and were not presented before the court.

The group was charged with committing an act likely to cause the spread of an infectious disease.

However in a brief statement after the 3 being granted bail at the Busia Grade One Magistrate a roaring Nyanzi revealed that she refused to take a plea to the charges and insisted that she would only do so if the President and Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Mwenda Mutebi who both traveled to Tanzania and Kenya respectively equally take a plea.

Nyanzi says she committed no crime in meeting people at the Busia border in Uganda for FDC political activities and arresting her is an infringement on the right to freedom.

Nyanzi’s lawyer, Fred Egesa Achoka says despite being granted a noncash bail of Shillings 1 Million, they will not receive any property being returned to them until their two missing counterparts and Nyanzi’s car among others are returned to her.

The court directed them to report back on October 22, 2020.
