Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven sales pro to join our roadside rescue team. You'll promote our services to automotive businesses, fleet owners, and individuals, driving membership sales and growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify potential clients and pitch our roadside rescue services

  • Sell membership plans and add-ons to customers

  • Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales

  • Meet sales targets and contribute to team success

  • Collaborate with Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Proactively source and grow corporate, fleet, travel trade, and insurance business

  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and membership targets

  • Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and service demos

  • Coordinate successful client events and group activation

  • Negotiate contracts in line with company pricing and revenue strategy

  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to market intelligence initiatives

  • Participate in key industry and stakeholder activities as required

  • Utilize partnerships to grow services and referrals across Uganda and East Africa


Requirements



  • Sales experience (automotive or insurance a plus)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and target driven

  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and roadside services helpful

  • Flexible with the ability to travel
