Job Summary: We're looking for a driven sales pro to join our roadside rescue team. You'll promote our services to automotive businesses, fleet owners, and individuals, driving membership sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and pitch our roadside rescue services
Sell membership plans and add-ons to customers
Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales
Meet sales targets and contribute to team success
Collaborate with Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery
Proactively source and grow corporate, fleet, travel trade, and insurance business
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and membership targets
Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and service demos
Coordinate successful client events and group activation
Negotiate contracts in line with company pricing and revenue strategy
Prepare sales reports and contribute to market intelligence initiatives
Participate in key industry and stakeholder activities as required
Utilize partnerships to grow services and referrals across Uganda and East Africa
Requirements
Sales experience (automotive or insurance a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target driven
Basic knowledge of vehicles and roadside services helpful
Flexible with the ability to travel
