POSITION PURPOSE:


To oversee financial planning and management activities, including budgeting and forecasting, reporting and compliance, and creation of value.


JOB ROLES AND EXPECTATIONS:

Financial Planning & Management Activities


1. Accounts statement reconciliations


Compliance Management


1. Filing finance documents.


2. Filing Statutory Returns.


Reporting & Records Management


3. Involvement in the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.


4. Perform Bank Reconciliations.


5. Handle fixed asset register


Receipts & Payments


6. Cash Handling


Any other Duties


7. Ensure that any other duty assigned by my supervisor

  • Report Writing Skills

  • Budget management skills

  • Analytical Skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Computer Skills (PPt, Excel and MS Word)

  • Negotiation skills

  • To have knowledge of presenting the comparative data for innovator market samples.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, business administration, or a related field.

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

  • 1-2 years of progressive experience, preferably in a busy industry.


TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:



  • Basic safety training

  • Accounts and cash handling training

  • Re-keeping and data management training





  • Accounts statement reconciliations
