The Africa Operations Officer (AOO) will work with the Sr. Vice President of Africa Operations and Programs to ensure that 4Africa’s operations are aligned with the strategic plan and priorities outlined in the Vision, Traction & Organizer (VTO). Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Africa Operations and Programs, the AOO will drive execution, operational excellence, and organizational alignment across Africa operations. The role will lead and manage day-to-day operations while ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into clear, actionable plans, delivered with excellence.
