About the Role:


We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and self-driven AI Adoption Intern to join our Digital Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to help transform how people work. You will work closely with teams across the Group to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, simplify processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Promote AI adoption across business functions.

  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and business applications.

  • Identify manual and repetitive processes that can be improved through AI.

  • Develop practical AI use cases for Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other departments.

  • Conduct AI awareness sessions and user training workshops.

  • Create user guides, prompt libraries, and AI best practice documentation.

  • Assist with AI-powered workflow automation initiatives.

  • Monitor AI adoption and prepare progress reports for management.

  • Support the development of responsible AI usage guidelines and governance practices.

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and recommend relevant innovations.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

  • A First Class Honours or Second Class Upper (Upper Division) degree.

  • Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):



  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.

  • Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, blogs, or portfolios demonstrating practical use of AI.

  • Experience with Python, SQL, workflow automation, or ERP systems.
