Kray Microfinance is seeking dynamic, results-driven individuals to join our team as Branch Field & Business Leads. This role is ideal for highly motivated professionals who enjoy working in the field, driving business growth, and supervising branch teams.

The Branch Field & Business Lead will play a key role in expanding our customer base, mobilizing savings and investments, growing our loan portfolio, and recruiting Ssentehub agents within the branch catchment area.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance by achieving targets for loans, savings, investments, and new accounts.


• Lead field activities to mobilize customers and grow the branch business.


• Identify and recruit new Ssentehub agents and support their growth within the community.


• Build strong relationships with traders, SMEs, riders, and other local businesses.


• Supervise loan officers, sales officers, and other branch staff.


• Conduct regular field visits to customers and markets to identify business opportunities.


• Monitor loan portfolio quality and support loan recovery efforts.


• Ensure smooth daily branch operations and compliance with company procedures.


• Coordinate branch reporting and track staff productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Microfinance, or a related field.


• At least 2–4 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services.


• Experience in field sales, lending, savings mobilization, or agent network development is an added advantage.


• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.


• Ability to work independently and lead field teams effectively.

Additional Requirements

• Candidates MUST BE ABLE to ride a motorcycle


• Willingness to spend significant time in the field engaging customers and expanding business opportunities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: UGX 850,000 per month
