We're Hiring: Business Development Executives (2 Positions – Uganda)


We’re excited to expand our team and are looking for proactive, motivated, and relationship-driven Business Development Executives to support our growing consulting, research, and business services operations.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging clients, spotting opportunities, and contributing to business growth in a flexible, impact-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Generate and nurture leads across targeted sectors.

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and outreach activities.

  • Support proposal writing, concept development, and opportunity tracking.

  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

  • Achieve set targets while upholding integrity and professionalism.


What We’re Looking For



  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.

  • Confident communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong networking ability and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in business development, sales, consulting, or research is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow.
