ISGROUP AFRICA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our Insurance Solutions business. The ideal candidate will identify and acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through tailored insurance offerings for both individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain clients across corporate, SME, and individual sectors.
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals and solutions.
Build lasting client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, while exploring cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or client management (insurance or financial services preferred).
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional.
