• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans


• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients


• Lead preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and tenders


• Conduct market and competitor analysis


• Represent the company at industry events and establish partnerships


• Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills


• Self-driven with ability to work independently and meet targets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred)


• 3-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Recruitment


• Experience in proposal preparation and client acquisition
