Description


Lotus Brand is hiring a Business Development/Sales Executive to support our company’s business expansion in Uganda and the regional market.


Our company provides biometric and identity technology solutions, including fingerprint, iris, face recognition, biometric hardware, software platforms, system integration, and customized digital identity solutions.


Our solutions can be applied to national-level projects such as civil registration, national ID, voter registration, election systems, border control, and government digital identity systems, as well as commercial sectors such as telecom operators, banking, education, healthcare, and enterprise security.


Requirements


Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience


Experience in at least one of the following areas:



  • Software solution sales

  • System integration / SI project sales

  • Cybersecurity solution sales

  • Biometric, identity, KYC, access control, or digital ID solution sales

  • Government, banking, telecom, education, or healthcare solution sales


Familiar with B2B or B2G sales processes


Able to identify clients, develop opportunities, follow up projects, and support tender/business negotiations


Good communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills


Fluent in English; French language ability is highly preferred
