Responsibilities

• Monitor live CCTV feeds across all assigned areas


• Ensure cameras, monitors, and recording systems are functioning


• Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance information


• Good communication and escalation judgment


• Understanding of security and safety procedures


• Secure and preserve footage for investigations and audits

Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in Information systems, CCTV Installation and Surveillance Systems/related fields


• Certification and experience in Data Protection & Safety


• 2-5 years experience in CCTV surveillance


• Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, systems monitoring)


• Experience in incident reporting / security documentation


• Good communication skills
