Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person.


• Providing information about products and services.


• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.


• Maintaining customer records and updating databases.


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in computer applications.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
