Role Summary

Kray Microfinance is looking for Female Relationship Officers to lead our Mama Cash Program — a powerful initiative supporting women to save, learn, and access loans.

What You Will Do:

• Recruit women into the Mama Cash program


• Help them save consistently for 30 days


• Guide them through financial training


• Support them to access loans and grow their businesses

What We Offer:

• Monthly Retainer: UGX 200,000


• Daily Field Facilitation, Lunch, Data (based on activity)


• Attractive commissions on signups, savings, and loan disbursements


• Opportunity to earn over UGX 700,000+ monthly

Who Should Apply:

• Minimum: Senior 4 / Certificate / Diploma


• Women who are energetic and confident


• Prior experience in group loans is an added advantage


• Experience in sales, business, or customer engagement is an advantage


• Must be willing to work in the field (markets, shops, communities)

Location: All Kray Microfinance Branches

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 6

Level of Education: professional certificate
